A Century Between ran to 320 pp. Demy 8vo (c. 117K words) with a four-page double-column index, a black and white frontispiece and nineteen single-sided black and white plates, and came bound in blue cloth boards with a woodcut-like vignette of the temple at Gunnersbury printed in black on the front board. The same vignette appeared on the title page.
